The Shantinibas Agrani Kalyan Samiti is an indigenous organization,the target beneficiaries are the indigenous communities such as -Chakma, Marma, chak, Tanchangya, tripura, Mro, Lusai who are still have not been recognized as the indigenous castes in Bangladesh though they are indigenous and our development works for the indigenous peoples for their fundamental rights -health education, food security, economic, social development and collective strives of survival of the CHT indigenous peoples The purpose of the organization is to improve the socioeconomic status of the poor community people of Chittagong Hill Tract through undertaking need-based development activities and to alleviate poverty situation of the disadvantaged peoples irrespective of caste, creed, religion and political persuasion ensuring equal rights and equal opportunities
